At EnFLexWork, our most important asset is our relationship with you.

This Privacy & Security Policy explains how we protect personal information provided through our websites EnFlexWork.com, AllRemind.com, and FlexSharing.com (the “Site(s)”) and how we use that information in connection with our service offered through the Site (the “Service”). “Personal information” for purposes of this Policy means information that identifies you, such as your name, address, phone number, fax number, email address, shared screen or shared files.

Your Personal Privacy Is Important To Us

EnFLexWork is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of our users and maintaining a secure online environment. EnFLexWork takes great care to protect the information you provide us. We do not rent or sell Personal Information that we collect from users with third parties.

This Privacy Statement is designed to meet the following principles and practices:

  • We fully disclose what information is collected on our sites and how we use that information;
  • Association, league, and team organizers, participants and supporters who participate in our online programs may choose whether they want to continue to receive communications from us;
  • We provide our registered organizers with access to their account information and the ability to modify that information;
  • We are dedicated to creating a secure environment for user information and use an advanced network server security system to safeguard user information.

We limit the collection and use of personal information

Certain areas and features of EnFlexWork.com are available to you without registration or the need to provide to us any information. However, other features of the Site or the Service may require registration, which involves provision to EnFlexWork of an email address, a password and your postal code and to participate on our FlexSharing™, AllRemind™ and other softerware, a username (collectively the “Registration Information”). In order to benefit from the full functionality of the Service, you also must provide your third-party account credentials (“Account Credentials”) to allow EnFlexWork to access your account data at those other financial institutions (“Account Information”) for your use.

Your data is yours

You can remove your data anytime you want. When you request us to delete your account for the Service, your data will be permanently expunged from our primary production servers and further access to your account will not be possible. We will also promptly disconnect any connection we had established to your Account Information and delete all account credentials. However, portions of your data, consisting of aggregate data derived from your Account Information, may remain on our production servers indefinitely. Your data may also remain on a backup server or media. EnFlexWork keeps these backups to ensure our continued ability to provide the Service to you in the event of malfunction or damage to our primary production servers. We also reserve the right to use any aggregated or anonymous data derived from or incorporating your personal information.

Personally Identifiable Information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login ID and password.We maintain strict rules to help prevent others from guessing your password. We also recommend that you change your password periodically.

EnFlexWork provides you with the ability to update, correct and delete the contact information that you have provided to us and information about your previous activity on the Sites. If you wish to update or correct any of the foregoing information, you may access your account and review, correct and delete your personally identifiable information or you may contact us at: support@enflexwork.com.

Third Party Content

These Sites may provide links to other Web sites or resources over which EnFlexkWork does not have control (“External Web Sites”). Such links do not constitute an endorsement by EnFlexkWork of those External Web Sites. You acknowledge that EnFlexkWork is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and further agree that EnFlexkWork is not responsible for the content of such External Web Sites. Your use of External Web Sites is subject to the terms of use and privacy policies located on the linked to External Web Sites.

Aggregate Information

These Sites may track the total number of visitors to our Sites, the number of visitors to each page of our Sites, browser type, IP addresses, External Web Sites (defined below) linked to, and we may analyze this data for trends and statistics in the aggregate, but such information will be maintained, used and disclosed in aggregate form only and it will not contain personally identifiable information. We may use such aggregate information to analyze trends, administer the Sites, track users’ movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.

Disclosure

This site uses a tool that collects your requests for pages and passes elements of them to search engines to assist them in indexing this site. We control the configuration of the tool and are responsible for any information sent to the search engines.

We may provide your personally identifiable information and the data generated by cookies and the aggregate information to the vendors and service agencies that we may engage to assist us in providing our services to you. For example, we may provide your personally identifiable information to a credit card processing company to process your payment. We will also disclose your personally identifiable information:

  • only if we are required to do so by law, regulation or other government authority or otherwise in cooperation with an investigation of a governmental authority,
  • to enforce the EnFlexWork Terms of Service agreement, this Privacy Policy or to protect our rights or
